1. Order Processing & Shipping Time

1.1 Processing Time

Since all our Press-on Nails are handcrafted, production time varies based on design type:

  • Standard Designs: Ships within 5-10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Fully Custom Designs: Ships within 7-14 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Once your order is complete, we will proceed with shipping and provide a tracking number.

1.2 Estimated Delivery Time

  • Within Australia: 3-7 business days

  • International Orders: 7-21 business days (depending on the destination and customs process)

Note: Orders may be delayed due to high demand, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

2.1 Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • Standard Shipping: AUD $7 (Free shipping for orders over AUD $100)

  • Express Shipping: AUD $12 (Delivered within 2-4 business days)

2.2 International Shipping

  • Standard International Shipping: AUD $15-$30 (varies by destination)

  • Express International Shipping: AUD $35+ (varies by destination and courier)

Important: International shipments may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check your country’s import policies before placing an order.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

  • If you do not receive your package within the expected timeframe, please contact us for assistance.

The following factors may cause delays, and i-Yoo Nails is not responsible for compensations, but we will assist you in resolving any issues:

  • Uncontrollable Events: Weather conditions, pandemics, strikes, or other logistical disruptions.

  • Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer must cover reshipping costs.

4.2 Lost or Damaged Packages

  • We take great care in packaging to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.

  • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
